EYLF – Assessment in the Early Years

With the Introduction of the EYLF, staff from Gowrie centres across Australia have been working together in a project to review the range of possibilities for ways of approaching assessment. Our work has led to the development of a resource – “Assessment in the Early Years: A Resource from Gowrie Australia drawing on the Early Years Learning Framework”.

Gowrie Australia Reflections

Reflections is an Australian quarterly publication produced by Gowrie Australia.  Reflections focuses on national issues and developments that are of interest to workers in children’s services and parents. In this publication, the editorial committee strive to balance a professional overview of the children’s services arena with on the ground practical interpretations of theories and programs. The Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations provide finacial assistance so that we can make this available.
